BS EasyGrout is a Ready to Use Drymix Powder that is used for targeted grouting where it is required by structure to face static and dynamic loads. Suggested applications are in machine foundations, grouting of the base plates of various machines and columns alike. It is suitable for anchoring a wide range of foundation anchoring. BS EasyGrout comes as a ready to use powder in 20Kg sacks for easy handling. Only potable water needs to be added to make a free flowing, non-shrink grout for filling gaps of thicknesses up to 100mm. BS EasyGrout is a blend of Portland cement, graded fillers and chemical additives which provide controlled expansion and provides high early strength to the grouted volume.

Description:

• MasterFlow 928T is a non-shrink, natural aggregate precision grout with excellent high early and ultimate strengths.
• It is specially formulated to provide extended working time even at high ambient temperatures when mixed and placed at any recommended consistency.
• MasterFlow 928T is normally placed at a flowable consistency to completely fill voids between 25mm and 100mm. Thicknesses greater than 100mm are possible with the addition of aggregate.

Recommended uses:

MasterFlow 928T is used for all precision, nonshrink grouting applications with clearances of 10mm or more, including:

• critical equipment baseplates, soleplates & columns;
• precast wall panels, beams, columns, structural building members and curtain walls;
• patching poured in place concrete structures, e.g. honeycombing, using preplaced aggregate techniques;
• underpinning;
• concrete repair applications where a form and pour material is required;
• applications requiring high early compressive strengths and high ultimate compressive strengths.

Description:

• MC-Special DM is easy to use, either in the concrete batching plant or in a transit mixer at site.
• MC-Special DM should be added to the concrete after all other components of the mix have been added.
