Fosroc Cebex 100 is a plasticized, powder-based expansion admixture for cementitious grouts, specifically designed to reduce water/cement ratios, increase strength, and control shrinkage. It is used for pressure grouting, cable duct grouting, and bearing plates to ensure high fluidity, cohesion, and stability without using metallic iron, preventing corrosion. Key Details and Applications:

• Purpose: Expansive grout admixture to prevent shrinkage/settlement, ensuring 100% void filling.
• Dosage: Typically 225g per 50kg bag of cement.
• Benefits: High fluidity with low water requirement, high early strength, and enhanced durability.
• Applications: Ideal for anchor grouting, bed grouting, and filling voids in structural concrete.
• Appearance: Grey powder.

BS Skycast PC 100 is a precast-optimized, high early strength superplasticizer designed to improve mould turnover, early-age stability, and surface quality in precast concrete production.It delivers rapid early strength development with controlled workability, enabling earlier and safer demoulding without compromising edge integrity or long-term performance. The chloride-free polycarboxylate-based formulation is suitable for reinforced and prestressed precast elements.
