BS FloorDense is a clear chloride free, inorganic, waterborne, hardening or densifying treatment for the concrete floor. It may be applied to freshly cast concrete floor or to an existing concrete floor. BS FloorDense is based on advanced Nano Particles using Inorganic Chemistry, that penetrate in to the micro capillaries of the concrete substrate sealing them and preventing release of fine dust from the concrete floor.

About BS FloorDense Concrete Densifier.

BS FloorDense concrete densifier is a liquid chemical hardener to be applied on top of the concrete floor after casting. It can be left as it is after application or buffed for mild sheen or even polished for higher sheen level.

If polishing has to be done for the concrete slab, BS FloorDense is to be used after casting is complete and a suitable grinding and polishing process has to be executed to achieved the desired finish

It doesn’t matter if the concrete floor is polished or not, using BS FloorDense densifier is a logical way to improve strength, top hardness and service life of a concrete floor.

Sika® Chapdur (IN) is a one part, preblended, coloured mineral dry shake hardener for concrete comprising of cement, specially selected natural mineral aggregates, admixtures and pigments. Sika® Chapdur (IN) provides a extremely hard wearing and abrasion resistant topping for monolithic floors. When sprinkled and trowelled into fresh wet concrete floors, it forms a coloured, dense and wear resistant smooth surface.
